Mnemonic Search

Sometimes you don't know what you're looking for until you see it, so we've pioneered a new technology to help you find things by associations - Mnemonic Search.

When you select messages in Outlook, related tags are shown in SideFinder.  You can search your email to find a message, click on it to find the related tags, and then click on the tags to find other related messages.  

Search using mail headers...

We've tweaked Outlook's From, To, and Subject field headers to allow them to search, and not just sort mail.  Not only that, the search spans across all of your PST files and without leaving the mail list view - no pop up windows.

Search Tags without scrolling...

Is your folder list tougher to manage than your email?  Search tags fast with "type down" results.

Nameless Tagging

If you can't easily think of a good tag name, drag a message to a message to link them and let SideFinder give it one automatically.  Use the Mnemonic Search to find them again.  Of course you can always rename it later if you like.
