How can I sign up for the Beta Test?
Go to the Download page and and fill in the online form.  We'll review your application and contact you within 1 business day.
Will you eventually be supporting Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista?
Yup.
I signed up for the Beta but didn't receive an email response.
Make sure our message was not spam filtered.  Check your junk mail or spam folders and change your settings to allow all mail from the domain cnxn.ca.  If you still can't get through click here and send us an email with your phone number.  We'll call you.
Can I still use my folders if I want to after I install SideFinder?
Yup.  SideFinder changes nothing about how you use Outlook now, even your existing folders.  Although, we do have a feeling that you will quickly abandon them in favor of using SideFinder tags.  ;-)
Can SideFinder tag more than just email?
Not yet, but it will.  We're building plug ins for Firefox, Internet Explorer, and the Explorer file manager to unify categorization across files, emails and web favorites.
Does SideFinder support Linux and Open Office?
Depends on demand.  If you really want this for other email clients and Linux, send us a message by clicking here.  Tell us what you do, where you work, and how many people want it within your organization.  If there's enough demand, we'll build it sooner.
Will you be building SideFinder for the Mac OS?
Depends on demand.  Our market research indicates that Windows is the biggest market for SideFinder, but if you want it for Mac, send us a note.
